These Viking tortillas will be a surprise and a hit the next time you want to serve up some apps. Much of the prep can be done in advance so no stress when it’s time to play ball.
Ingredients:
- Tortilla chips

Smoked salmon

Shredded mozzarella cheese

For sauce:

Fresh dill

Dijon mustard

Sugar

Lemon juice
Scramble the eggs without seasoning.
Spread tortilla chips on a lined baking sheet.
Add finely sliced leeks, pieces of smoked salmon, eggs and dill sauce along with sprigs of fresh dill. Sprinkle lightly with mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the middle of the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until cheese has melted and is golden brown.Serve with more dill sauce and dollops of Creme fraiche/sour cream.
